Each piece is created in small batches and finished with care. Because of this, all purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If Something Isn’t Right
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Send us a note at info@robinfranko.com with your order number, a photo of the item, and a short description of what happened. We’ll be glad to arrange a replacement or refund.
