Processing Time

Each order is prepared with care and typically ships within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with the relevant details.

Shipping Within Canada and the USA

We offer flat-rate shipping of $12 within Canada and $15 to the United States.

All Canadian and U.S. orders include tracking information. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–10 business days with standard shipping.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

Shipping to Other Countries

For orders shipping outside of Canada and the United States, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Tracking is available for all international shipments. Delivery is estimated between 8–27 business days, depending on the destination and local postal services. Please note that delivery timelines may vary and are outside of our control.

Customs and Duties

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

For shipments to the United States, orders are sent using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, meaning duties are covered. Local taxes or carrier handling fees may still apply.
